Terms of Service

By accessing our website or booking a service from Insect Killer Services Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide residential, commercial and industrial pest control services including but not limited to general pest control, termite control, rodent control, bed bug treatment, mosquito control, fogging, sanitisation and bird-proofing.

2. Bookings & appointments

• All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Free inspections are offered within our service areas. Travel charges may apply for locations beyond 25 km of a branch office.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Customer obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises for our technicians.
• Follow pre- and post-service instructions (e.g., vacating the premises for the recommended re-entry time).
• Inform us in advance about pets, pregnant women, allergic occupants or any special medical conditions.

4. Service warranty

• Warranty periods, where applicable, are mentioned in the service agreement / invoice.
• Free re-service within the warranty period is subject to compliance with our prep & maintenance guidelines.
• Warranty is void if the premises are treated by another party or if the infestation is due to construction / renovation activity.

5. Pricing & payment

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, cheque or credit / debit card.
• For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), payment is due in advance at the start of the contract year.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service invoice. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the customer

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: 100% refund of any advance paid.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the advance may be retained to cover logistics and technician allocation.
• Cancellations after the technician has arrived at the premises: no refund of the visit/inspection charges.

2. Cancellation by the company

If we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, safety concerns, force majeure events), we will:

• Offer a free reschedule at the next available slot, or
• Issue a 100% refund of any advance paid within 7 working days.

3. Service quality concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will:

• Inspect the premises at no extra charge, and
• Re-treat the affected area at no additional cost, or
• Issue a pro-rata refund for the unsatisfactory portion of the service.

4. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method. Bank processing delays may vary.

5. Non-refundable items

• Custom / special-order bird-proofing installations once fabrication has started.
• Travel / inspection charges for locations beyond our service area.
• AMC visits already delivered before cancellation.
